Consultant & Translator of Strategy to Practice

A colleague gave me the book Linchpin by Seth Godin because she said the book described me perfectly. The author says, “the linchpin is an individual who can walk into chaos and create order, someone who can invent, connect, create, and make things happen.” This is the space where I thrive! My satisfaction comes from bringing people together to deliver on projects and solve multifaceted, complex problems.

I enjoy creating safe and brave spaces for people to come together to work through challenges and chaos and come out the other side with clarity. In those experiences, there is nothing better than the a-ha moments when things just click for people. It is pure joy!

I am a bit of a nerd and embrace every learning opportunity possible. I started and completed a graduate degree as a VERY mature student and enjoyed every moment. I have also discovered the joys and practicalities of audiobooks and ‘read’ 100+ books per year. The best learning, though, is from all the incredible individuals I have the honour of meeting and knowing in my personal and professional life. It is a privilege to hear their stories, ideas, philosophies, and dreams.

Family, friends, and Formula 1 racing are my bucket fillers. A perfect weekend is a combination of all three, with some wine and comfort food to top it off.
